This is a reminder that all activities that require any time from staff will be charged.

This includes (but is not limited to) the following services:

  • Letters for any reason.
  • Medical Certificates.
  • Reprinted certificates such as immunisation records, results, off work certificates, etc. (most documents cost $10.00 per document).
  • Prescriptions ($10.00 for a standard prescription request and $15.00 for an urgent request within 24 hours).
  • Any other tasks requiring time and input from staff.

Please note, these charges are in addition to the consultation charge.
