Fees for Travel Requirements

For anyone needing immunisations and documentation for travelling purposes, there will be a Nurse fee of $30.00 + vaccine cost.

Please ensure you are well informed with entry requirements to your overseas destination, as the reappearance of Measles has some countries now requiring specific vaccines and documentation be completed well before arrival.

Further charges may apply for other medical requirements.
